Armed Security Agent provides protection and surveillance for a person, group, organization, or asset. Duties include patrolling a specific area, providing protection when needed, and maintaining incident reports.
Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of world-class customer service and security operations to all clients.
· Protect the business’ property, staff, and the environment by keeping the location secure.
· Remove trespassers and correct people who violate the rules of the location you secure.
· Report any suspicious incidences to management in detail.
· Act in a lawful manner while in defense of the property, staff, and environment they oversee.
· Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, building, and perimeter.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- An assigned post in middle TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Law enforcement: 3 years (Preferred)
- Military: 3 years (Preferred) with Honorable Discharge
- Security: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Armed Security License (Required)
- Unarmed Security License (for unarmed postings)

Scheduling depends on client & contract. Expect variations of posts & shifts to the tune of:
- Weekend availability (most jobs will be weekends)
- SIngle day shifts
- Regularly occurring events
- 4, 6 or 8 hour shifts depending on location
- Some mobile patrols between posts
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift (many jobs will be overnight)

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Agents to join our team. As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-tier security and surveillance services to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires individuals with a strong background in law enforcement or the military, exceptional situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to potential threats.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain close physical proximity to the designated principal and respond immediately to potential threats.
- Operate as an EP Driver when required.
- Ensure the safety and security of designated principals and their immediate family members.
- Safely transport clients and/or family members to events and appointments, utilizing evasive and defensive driving tactics when necessary.
- Conduct protective advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments as directed by the Team Lead.
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary medical operations as required.
- De-escalate tense situations or individuals at client residences or events and promptly communicate any vulnerabilities or safety concerns.
- Maintain a professional and appropriate uniform/attire that does not detract from responsibilities.
- Prepare accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs.
- Keep the assigned vehicle in clean and safe operating conditions at all times.
- Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.
- Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment.
- Identify and promptly report any deficiencies or failures through the chain of command.
- Participate in recurring protective operations training, including firearms and medical training.
- Maintain a current concealed firearms license as required by the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act/HR218.
Additionally:
- Protect the business' property, staff, and environment by maintaining a secure location.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement.
- Minimum of 3 years of military experience with an honorable discharge.
- Possession of an Armed Security License.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent situational awareness and the ability to respond effectively to potential threats.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Schedule:
- Other location schedules: 10-hour shift, 12-hour shift, 8-hour shift, day shift, night shift, overtime, and weekend availability.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
License/Certification:
